When your mind doesn’t follow the instruction manual.
Some people think fast, loud, everywhere at once. Others need a live interest to get going, and nothing replaces that spark. These ways of working are not flaws to correct: they are systems that call for their own strategies.
What this coaching is not
This is the first thing to say clearly. I make no diagnosis: not giftedness, not ADHD, not autism spectrum disorder, not any other. Diagnosis belongs to qualified health professionals (psychologists, psychiatrists, neuropsychologists), and to them alone.
I treat nothing, I prescribe nothing, and I replace no ongoing medical or psychological care: where it exists, I work alongside it, never instead of it.
What it is
Coaching, centred on the strategies you run on: how you start a task that bores you, how you protect your attention, how you recover from a day that took everything, how you keep a commitment once the momentum has gone.
Many neurodivergent people have spent years trying to work like everyone else, drawing on an energy that doesn’t replenish. The work often means doing the opposite: building supports that fit the system you have, rather than forcing a system you don’t.
Why start with the body
Because that is where strategies hold or collapse. A brain short of sleep first loses what costs the most: inhibition, planning, emotional regulation. So the method begins with the concrete: Rest, Eat, Move, Breathe.
The app carries this work into everyday life, with short practices that don’t need motivation to begin.
