Agostini Accompagnements

Privacy policy

Last updated: 14 August 2026.

This is a translation. The French version, Politique de confidentialité, is the reference text. In the event of any discrepancy, the French version prevails. Agostini Accompagnements is established in France: the GDPR applies to this processing regardless of where you live, and your rights below are the same for every reader.

Agostini Accompagnements attaches great importance to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect through the “Les 7 Piliers de l’Individuation” assessment and our other tools, why, and how you keep control over it.

1. Data controller

The controller of your data is:
Agostini Accompagnements (EURL)
63 route d’Aussonne, 31700 Cornebarrieu, France
SIREN: 990 847 543
Contact: [email protected]

For any question about your data, write to that address.

2. What data we collect

Depending on the tools you use, we may collect:

  • Identity and contact data: first name, last name, email address, phone number.
  • Your assessment answers: your answers to the questions and audit moments, together with the resulting scores and profile.
  • Special category data: some questions concern your body, your health, your wellbeing and your intimate or sexual life. These answers constitute sensitive data within the meaning of article 9 of the GDPR and are processed only with your explicit consent.
  • Minimal technical data necessary for the operation and security of the site (through our host).

We collect only what serves your coaching.

3. Why we use it, and on what basis

PurposeLegal basis
To produce and send you your readingYour consent (art. 6.1.a) and, for sensitive data, your explicit consent (art. 9.2.a)
To follow up on your coachingConsent and/or performance of the coaching contract
To contact you again and propose coachingYour consent

The assessment is voluntary. Without your consent, it cannot be carried out or followed up.

4. Who has access to your data

Your data is intended for Agostini Accompagnements and, where applicable, the providers acting on its behalf (“processors”), only to the extent necessary:

  • Cloudflare: site hosting, secure access control and aggregated audience measurement (Web Analytics).
  • Anthropic (United States): processing of the messages you send to the automated assistant “The Concierge” in order to generate its replies.
  • Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited): audience measurement, only after consent.
  • Google (Places API): retrieval of the rating and public reviews of the business listing, displayed on the site. No visitor data is transmitted.
  • Cal.eu: online appointment booking (name, email and the information you enter when booking).
  • Stripe: payment processing. Card details never pass through our servers.
  • Brevo: sending your reading and our emails (a French company, data hosted in the European Union).
  • Meteor CRM (Echo’System · Lingonberry SAS, Toulouse): our customer relationship tool, where your contact details and test results are recorded in order to follow up on your coaching. Data hosted on a dedicated instance in Europe, encrypted transmission, access protected by a revocable key.
  • Cal.com and Stripe: appointment booking and secure payment, when a session is booked.

Each of these providers is bound by a data processing agreement (DPA). Your data is never sold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.

Retention periods

They vary according to the nature of the data:

  • Prospects (test, workbook, forms): three years from the last contact, then deletion or anonymization.
  • Clients: for the duration of the contractual relationship, then three years from the last service.
  • Raw questionnaire answers and generated assessments: kept for the duration of the coaching and its follow-up; deleted on request at any time.
  • Proof of consent: three years from collection, in line with CNIL recommendations.
  • Invoices and accounting records: ten years, under legal obligations.
  • Technical logs (security, hosting): a short period set by the host, for security and abuse prevention.

The automated assistant “The Concierge”

The site offers an automated orientation assistant. Its purpose is to answer general questions (offers, prices, how things work) and to point you to the right page or the right contact. The messages you send it are transmitted to our artificial intelligence provider, Anthropic, in order to generate the reply. On our side, we do not keep these exchanges beyond the conversation session; Anthropic may keep them temporarily (up to thirty days) for security and compliance purposes, according to its policy in force. This space is not suited to medical, intimate or urgent matters: for those, contact a health professional directly, or [email protected].

The “Les 7 Piliers de l’Individuation” app

An architecture that protects you by design. The app (app.agostinijohnatan.com) works without a hosted account: your profile, your practice history, your measurements, your journal and your settings are stored exclusively on your device, in your browser. We have no access to them, we do not receive them, we do not host them. Deleting them takes one action in the app (“Delete my data”, immediate effect) or clearing your browser data.

The journal. What you write there is never read, analyzed or transmitted, neither by us nor by an algorithm. It may be shown back to you, and to you alone, on your device, on the basis of its date and its pillar only.

Body signals. If you choose to record markers (sleep, energy…), this sensitive data within the meaning of article 9 of the GDPR is processed solely on your device, with your explicit consent collected in the app, and erased automatically by the following day at the latest. It never leaves your device.

Usage measurement. The app keeps a local counter of anonymous technical events (two hundred at most, without any personal content), stored on your device for troubleshooting. No usage data is transmitted to our servers or to third parties.

Access register. So that your subscription can be verified, renewed and closed when it ends, we keep on our servers (Cloudflare, European Union) a strictly limited record: the reference of your code, the plan subscribed, the expiry of your access and your contact email address. No usage data, no personal content, no element of your journal appears there. Legal basis: performance of the contract. The app queries this register at most once a day to know whether your access is still open; if it cannot reach it, your access is maintained. Retention: the duration of the subscription, then twelve months to allow a resumption, before deletion. You can delete this record yourself, at any time, from the app (My space, My data section): deletion is immediate and final, and it ends your access. Your pages and your journal, which never left your device, remain there.

Purchase and access code. When you subscribe, Stripe processes the payment and passes us your email and first name, used to send you your access code through Brevo and to maintain our client list (legal basis: performance of the contract). The code itself contains no personal data. Billing data: ten years (legal obligation); email on the client list: until you object.

Reminders and calendar. The reminder file you can generate is built on your device and handed to your Calendar app; nothing is transmitted to anyone.

App usage measurement, with consent

The app offers, without ever imposing it, the option of contributing to its improvement by sending an aggregate of counters each week. This contribution is disabled by default, is enabled from My space, and can be withdrawn at any time.

What is sent: the number of practices started and completed, their total duration in minutes, the number of active days, the number of journal pages written, the breakdown by pillar and by type of experience. Numbers only.

What is never sent: journal content, sleep or energy markers, email address, access reference, device identifier, or any data allowing a person to be identified.

How anonymity is maintained: the transmission carries a random token generated on the device, with no link to your access or your subscription. It serves only to prevent the same week being counted twice. Data is aggregated on receipt: no individual detail is kept, and there is no technical means of reconstructing an individual’s path. The token is deleted as soon as the contribution is disabled.

Legal basis: your consent (article 6.1.a of the GDPR), collected explicitly and revocably. Retention: weekly aggregates are kept for two years, then deleted automatically.

5. Transfers outside the European Union

The detail of providers, processing operations and applicable safeguards appears in this policy. Some providers may process data outside the European Union, under the safeguards provided for by the GDPR (standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision).

6. How long we keep it

  • Data linked to coaching: for the whole duration of the coaching, then 3 years.
  • Contacts with no follow-up (prospects): 3 years after the last contact.

Beyond that, your data is deleted or anonymized.

7. How we protect it

Encrypted connection (HTTPS), restricted and authenticated access to tools, protected accounts, data minimization principle. Detailed answers are accessible only to the practitioner, within the scope of your coaching.

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights at any time:

  • Access to your data and rectification,
  • Erasure (“right to be forgotten”),
  • Restriction of and objection to processing,
  • Portability of your data,
  • Withdrawal of your consent at any time (without affecting what has already been done),
  • Setting directives on what becomes of your data after your death.

To exercise these rights: [email protected]. We reply within one month.

You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (Commission Nationale de l’Informatique et des Libertés, www.cnil.fr).

9. Cookies

The site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-respecting audience measurement tool: it works without cookies and without local storage, does not track visitors from one site to another, and collects only aggregated technical data (pages viewed, referrer, browser type, country), without individual identification. These aggregated statistics are kept by Cloudflare according to its policy in force.

The site also uses Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited), triggered only after your explicit consent: until you have accepted, no identifier is set and no data is transmitted to Google. Purpose: to understand how the site is used (pages viewed, paths, sources) in order to improve it. Advertising features are disabled and the IP address is anonymized. Data may be transferred outside the European Union under the safeguards provided for by the GDPR. You can change your choice at any time through the “Measurement preferences” link at the bottom of every page. Your choice is kept for six months on your device.

The site uses neither advertising cookies nor marketing trackers. Only strictly necessary cookies may be set: technical security cookies from our host (Cloudflare) and an authentication cookie when accessing the restricted assessment area. These cookies are exempt from consent.

10. Changes to this policy

This policy may change. The applicable version is the one published on this page, whose last update date appears at the top.

Notice

The discovery test and the 7 Pillars assessment are introspective coaching tools. They are neither a medical device, nor an act of care, nor a clinical examination. They in no way replace an opinion, a diagnosis or a treatment given by a health professional (doctor, psychiatrist, psychologist). If your physical or mental health concerns you, consult a health professional. In case of distress or immediate danger, contact 15 (SAMU), 112 or 3114 (the French national suicide prevention line, free, 24/7). Outside France, contact your local emergency number.
