Terms of sale

A commercial frame as clear as the coaching frame.

In force from 25 July 2026. Booking or ordering a service constitutes full and unreserved acceptance of these terms.

This is a translation. The French version, Conditions générales de vente, is the contractual text. In the event of any discrepancy between the two, the French version prevails. References to French law are given in their original wording.

1. The provider

2. The services

  • The discovery test: an online orientation questionnaire, offered and without commitment.
  • The 7 Pillars assessment: an in-depth online questionnaire (105 questions), a written reading, and a 1.5-hour individual session at the practice or by video call.
  • The individual coaching journey: a set of 1.5-hour individual sessions, whose number and pace are agreed before commitment.
  • The Outsourced Human Hub: human support for companies, under a specific quotation and contract, on the particular terms agreed between the parties.
  • Training actions, where applicable, are governed by separate training agreements or contracts in accordance with the French Labour Code.

The coaching services are professional and personal development services. They are neither care, nor medical or psychotherapeutic acts, nor legal or financial advice. The full frame, its limits and the provider’s ethical commitments are set out on the Ethics page, which forms an integral part of these terms.

The application “Les 7 Piliers de l’Individuation” has its own dedicated terms, which prevail for everything concerning it.

3. Prices

The applicable prices are those displayed on the site on the day of the order. For consumers, prices are inclusive of all taxes, including VAT at the rate in force. Vocational training actions exempt from VAT under article 261-4-4° a of the French General Tax Code are invoiced without VAT, with the corresponding statement. Services for companies (Outsourced Human Hub, quoted interventions) are exclusive of tax, VAT to be added at the rate in force.

Agostini Accompagnements may change its prices at any time; services already ordered remain at the price accepted at the time of the order. Any promotional offers are valid under the conditions and within the time limits stated when they are issued.

4. Booking, ordering and payment

Sessions and the assessment are booked online through the site’s booking module, with secure card payment at the time of booking, or according to terms agreed in writing. Coaching journeys and services for companies are the subject of a quotation or a written proposal; payment is due according to the schedule set out therein. Payment is made by bank card or transfer. Coaching journeys may be paid in several instalments free of charge within a maximum of three months, according to the schedule shown on the proposal, or through a third-party instalment payment provider; where a schedule applies, each session presupposes that previous instalments have been settled. Any late payment by a business customer gives rise to statutory penalties and to the fixed recovery indemnity of €40.

5. Right of withdrawal (consumers)

For any order concluded at a distance, the consumer has a withdrawal period of fourteen days from the conclusion of the contract, without having to give reasons (articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code). To exercise it, an unambiguous statement sent to [email protected] is sufficient, using where appropriate the form reproduced at the end of this page. Sums paid are then refunded within fourteen days.

Performance before the end of the period. Where the customer wishes the service to begin before the fourteen-day period expires (for example by booking a session less than fourteen days away), they expressly request this when booking that slot. In accordance with article L221-28 1° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal can no longer be exercised for a service fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period, where performance began with the consumer’s prior express agreement and express waiver of their right of withdrawal. If the service is only partly performed at the time of withdrawal, the amount corresponding to what has already been provided remains due.

6. Cancelling and postponing sessions

  • Any session may be postponed or cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time, through the booking management link or by email.
  • In the event of cancellation or non-attendance less than 24 hours before the session, the session is due. One postponement is nevertheless offered once per journey, in the event of a late impediment.
  • The 7 Pillars assessment may be repeated at the customer’s request; each occurrence constitutes a separate service, invoiced at the rate in force. Its price is fully credited towards a coaching journey entered into within thirty days following the reading session.
  • The Written Assessment (questionnaire and personalised reading sent by email, without a session) constitutes a separate service; its price is fully credited towards the Assessment & Reading Session booked within thirty days following its delivery.
  • The coaching journey comprises eight sessions spread over a minimum period of four months.
  • The subscription follow-up (“The Thread”) is taken out for a term of one year, with monthly payment in advance. The commitment covers the twelve monthly payments of the subscribed period. At the end of the term, the follow-up may be renewed by mutual agreement between the parties; failing express agreement, it ends without tacit renewal. In the event of long-term illness or an exceptional health situation, performance of the follow-up may be suspended at the customer’s request: the remaining monthly payments and sessions are postponed, and the follow-up resumes as soon as the conditions of the partnership are met again, for the remaining term. Payment of the year in a single instalment benefits from one month free; if an annual payment is terminated during the year, months begun remain due at the monthly rate of the chosen pace and the balance is refunded.
  • If the provider is prevented from attending, the session is postponed to the first date suiting both parties, or refunded if no postponement suits the customer.

7. Nature of the commitment

Agostini Accompagnements undertakes an obligation of means: to implement a rigorous frame, structured methods and a full professional presence. The results of coaching depend on the involvement of the person being coached; no specific result is guaranteed, in accordance with the provider’s ethical commitments. The customer remains solely responsible for their personal and professional decisions.

Coaching never replaces medical or psychological care. Where a need relates to health, the customer is invited to consult a health professional. In case of distress: 15 (SAMU), 112, or 3114 (suicide prevention, 24/7).

8. Intellectual property

The texts, questionnaires, summaries, visuals, software and original content associated with Les 7 Piliers de l’Individuation are protected by the applicable intellectual property rights. The name of the method is the subject of an application for registration with the INPI, and its framework of an e-Soleau filing constituting evidence of anteriority. These elements are intended for the customer’s personal use; any reproduction, distribution or exploitation, in particular commercial, without prior written authorisation, is prohibited.

9. Personal data

Customer data is processed in accordance with the privacy policy, which sets out the purposes, recipients, retention periods and rights of individuals.

10. Liability and insurance

Agostini Accompagnements may only be held liable in the event of proven fault, and such liability is limited, for all losses combined, to the amount of the sums actually paid in respect of the service concerned. The provider is covered by professional civil liability insurance for all of its coaching activities.

11. Complaints and consumer mediation

Any complaint should first be addressed to [email protected]; a reply is provided within fourteen days. In accordance with articles L611-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, failing an amicable resolution, the consumer may refer the matter free of charge to the consumer mediator to which Agostini Accompagnements is affiliated:

Consumer mediator: the mediation body appointed is MÉDIATION CONSOMMATION DÉVELOPPEMENT (MED CONSO DEV), a SAS registered with the Saint-Étienne Trade and Companies Register under number 852 787 472.

In the event of a dispute, the consumer may submit their complaint online at medconsodev.eu or by post: MED CONSO DEV, Centre d’Affaires Stéphanois, Immeuble L’Horizon, Esplanade de France, 3 rue J. Constant Milleret, 42000 Saint-Étienne.

A referral to the mediator is admissible only after a prior written complaint to the provider has remained unsuccessful. Mediation is free of charge for the consumer.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable resolution or successful mediation, the dispute falls to the courts having jurisdiction under ordinary law; for business customers, jurisdiction is attributed to the courts of Toulouse.

These terms are published in French and in English. The French version is the contractual text; in the event of any discrepancy, it prevails.
