Five minutes a day,
thirty hours for yourself over a year.
Without forcing anything, without adding anything to your calendar. A short practice, chosen for how you are right now, guided by Johnatan Agostini’s voice. The pillar that concerns you is offered in full: you can live it before deciding anything at all.
You already know. What is left is doing.
You know you sleep badly. That your body is asking to move more. That you are holding at arm’s length a thing that is asking to be looked at. We change by doing, not by learning what we already know.
The information, you have. What opens the door is a gesture short enough to be done today, at the right moment, before you even have to convince yourself. That is exactly what this app manufactures: it teaches you nothing more about yourself, it offers you the smallest fitting thing, now.
Intensity impresses. Repetition transforms.
Five minutes a day make thirty hours over a year. Thirty hours of returning to yourself, without ever having forced anything, without having blocked out a weekend, without having cancelled a thing. That is the equivalent of four whole days devoted to you. It is more than most people grant themselves in a decade.
And repetition does more than add up: it settles in. A breath taken back each morning ends up returning on its own in a moment of tension. A night prepared three evenings running changes the fourth. What you repeat becomes available; what you do once stays an anecdote.
The 7 Pillars method asks for a door low enough to be crossed even on hard days, rather than for discipline. Five minutes is that height.
A practice, not a dashboard.
The Daily Point
A few questions about your energy, your mental load, your night, the time you have. The app draws one single proposal from it, adjusted to the present moment. Not a list of options to sort through when you are already tired: a direction.
The guided experiences
Audio practices carried by Johnatan’s voice and six soundscapes recorded for the purpose. Taking your breath back before a meeting. Entrusting your night as you go to bed. Setting the body moving again when the day has frozen. From five to fifteen minutes.
Your journal, and yours alone
What you write stays on your device. It stays readable by you, and by you alone. It can be presented back to you, to you alone, weeks later: that is often where something is understood.
Your map, which moves
The balance of your seven pillars, read again as you practise. You see what is rebalancing, and what still asks for your attention.
What it changes, concretely.
7:10 am. You open the app before the coffee. Three questions, a short reading, and a four-minute breath. You begin your day having looked at it, instead of enduring it from the first notification.
2:30 pm. The meeting went badly. Instead of ruminating on it until the evening, you take five minutes: the decompression lock. The frustration has somewhere to go.
10:40 pm. Your head is still turning. The entrusted night lasts twelve minutes, and you fall asleep before it ends.
Each of these moments holds without motivation. That is the whole difference between a method that lasts and a good resolution.
Your pillar is offered to you in full.
The discovery test maps your seven pillars in sixty seconds and names the one asking for your attention first. In the app, that one is opened to you completely: its door, its readings across the three planes, its practices.
You can live it, not merely skim it. Each experience can be tasted once: enough to know what it produces in you. We would rather you decided after feeling, than after reading a promise.
One shows where. The other shows what to do.
The Written Assessment is a reading in depth: 105 questions read across the three planes, a personalized text written by Johnatan, and above all your source pillar: the one that pulls on the others, often different from the one that hurts.
When you activate it in the app, something changes: it moves from the overview to the deep reading. Your overall alignment, the balance of your three planes, your source pillar. The daily proposals no longer rest only on your state this morning, but on that map.
In other words: without the Assessment, the app works with what you feel today. With it, it works with what structures your balance. The difference is felt within a few days.
And it is offered with the annual subscription. On its own it is worth €100.
Two ways in.
Monthly
The seven pillars open, every experience, without limit. No commitment: you stay as long as it carries you. €1 donated every month to the association Un Maillot pour la Vie.
And if you want to move to the annual plan within your first month, that month is deducted.
Take the monthly subscriptionAnnual, with the Assessment offered
The whole app for twelve months, and the complete Written Assessment offered: 105 questions, your personalized reading, your source pillar, and your evolution code to measure your path six months from now.
No tacit renewal: at the end of the term, nothing is charged to you without a deliberate act on your part. €14.99 donated to Un Maillot pour la Vie.
Take the year, Assessment offeredFor fifty euros more than the Assessment alone, you get the Assessment and the whole year. It is the door most of those who really want to move forward choose.
Annual subscribers have a partner code: everyone who comes in through their link starts on thirteen months instead of twelve, and their own access gains a month.
Your data stays with you. Genuinely.
The app works without a hosted account: your profile, your history, your measurements and your journal live on your device. We have no access to them and we do not receive them. Only the state of your subscription is kept, so that it can be checked and closed at its term.
If you note markers of sleep or energy, that sensitive information is processed solely on your device and erased automatically the next day. You can download a complete backup whenever you want, and put it back in place on another device. The privacy policy details every point.
The questions people ask us.
Does it have to be installed from an app store?
No. It opens in your browser, and three gestures are enough to place it on your home screen, where it behaves like any other app, full screen. The app guides you at the right moment.
Does it work without a network?
Yes. Once opened, it stays usable offline, and the experiences you have already listened to stay available. Your access stays open even when the network lets you down.
And if I am short of time?
Then you have three minutes. The app adjusts the duration to the time you declare. A day without practice stays a day, and tomorrow is waiting for you.
How do I stop?
From inside the app, in two gestures. Your access stays open until the end of the period paid for, then simply closes. What you have written stays on your device: nothing is erased by us.
Does it replace coaching?
They are two different gestures. The app maintains a daily practice; individual coaching works on what asks for a human presence. Many people do both, and the two feed one another. The coaching offers.
