A clear framework, named limits, commitments kept.
Coaching touches on the intimate: it deserves an explicit framework. This page states precisely who I am, what I do, what I refuse to do, and the guarantees that protect every person I work with.
1. My posture and my limits
I am a coach and therapeutic practitioner. I am neither a doctor, nor a psychiatrist, nor a psychologist, nor a psychotherapist within the meaning of the title regulated by the French decree of 20 May 2010: I claim none of those protected titles.
- My work bears on the present, on resources and on life balance. It constitutes neither an act of care, nor a medical or psychological diagnosis, nor a treatment.
- I never intervene in an ongoing medical treatment: continuing it, adjusting it or stopping it is the exclusive province of the doctor who prescribed it.
- When a person’s situation goes beyond my field (acute psychological suffering, symptoms suggesting a disorder, a risk to health), I explicitly refer them to a health professional, and I say so in the session.
- Coaching complements any medical or psychological follow-up, and in no case replaces it.
2. Certification, supervision and continuing education
A serious practice is supervised. Mine is, continuously, and on each of its three strands:
- Certified professional coach · RNCP level 7 certified qualification, the French national register.
- Trained in applied neuroscience (BMO) · holder of the TA 101 certificate, the official introductory course in transactional analysis.
- Practitioner in hypnosis and NLP, trained and certified at Hypnoteam.
- Continuing education: the practice is enriched constantly through new training, supervision, and the study of recent work on coaching and on how people function.
- Supervision of the coaching practice with a recognized supervisor.
- Supervision of the therapeutic dimension of the work with a clinical psychologist.
- Supervision of the hypnosis practice with a dedicated supervising practitioner.
Three distinct people, three regular outside views on my practice. The certificates and supporting documents for these supervisions are available on request. My professional liability insurance covers all of my coaching activities.
3. My commitments to every person I work with
- Strict confidentiality. What is said in the session stays in the session, within the limits set by law and specified in the contract: legal obligation, serious danger, or the express agreement of the person. Outside those cases, nothing leaves the room.
- Consent and freedom. Everyone enters the work freely, knows its framework and its price before committing, and can stop at any moment, without having to justify it.
- Transparent pricing. Prices are public, stated before any commitment, with no hidden fees.
- No promise of results. I commit to the quality of the framework, the rigour of the work and my full presence; the changes belong to the person, at their own pace.
- Independence. I belong to no movement, spiritual current or organization exerting influence on my practice. The work aims at the person’s autonomy, never at their dependence on the practitioner.
- Ethical frames of reference. My practice aligns with the principles of the codes of ethics of the major coaching federations (EMCC, ICF): respect for the person, confidentiality, professionalism, supervision.
4. The status of the 7 Pillars method
Transparency applies to my tools as well. The 7 Pillars of Individuation are a structured framework for introspection, built out of my practice. Its framework is documented and dated by an e-Soleau deposit with the INPI (proof of anteriority), and the name “Les 7 Piliers de l’Individuation” is filed for registration with the INPI.
- The discovery test and the assessment are instruments of coaching and self-reflection. They constitute neither a medical device nor a psychometric test validated in the scientific sense, and they do not claim to be.
- The notion of a “source pillar” is a working hypothesis: the assessment brings it out, the session tests it with the person, who remains the sole judge of how relevant it is.
- This framework meets what research establishes elsewhere: fundamental needs nourished or neglected (sleep, movement, connection, autonomy, meaning) shape a person’s balance.
- A psychometric evaluation process has been started: measuring the stability of the assessment’s results over time (a test-retest protocol). Its conclusions will be published here, whatever they turn out to be.
5. Your data
Answers to the questionnaires touch on the intimate and are treated as such: strictly personal access, hosting in Europe, use limited to producing the reading and preparing the sessions, and the right of access and deletion at any time. The full detail appears in the privacy policy.
