English-speaking professional coach in Toulouse and Colomiers.
A mind that will not switch off in the evening. A decision you have been turning over for three weeks without making it. The same pattern coming back, in a different setting. A drive that vanished without you noticing when. People do not look for a coach because they are unwell: they look for one because they can no longer set down, alone, what they are carrying.
What “professional coach” means
Professional coaching is neither a substitute for therapy nor for medical advice, and it does not mean deciding or advising in your place. It creates a frame in which you can think more clearly, draw on your own resources and move forward with more autonomy: the right questions, a rhythm, a standard, and complete confidentiality.
I am a certified professional coach, my practice is supervised regularly, and I work from my practice in Colomiers, on the doorstep of Toulouse, or by video call anywhere else. Sessions take place in English or in French, as you prefer.
What sets me apart: starting with the concrete
Many coaching journeys begin with goals. I begin with foundations. Before knowing where you want to go, it helps to know what resources you are setting out with: how you breathe, drink, eat, move, recover, what you live in your relationships, and what gives your days their meaning.
That is what the 7 Pillars of Individuation method structures. Someone who sleeps better and truly recovers objectively has more resources to face a difficult decision. This is not decorative wellbeing: it is the base everything else rests on.
Who it is for
The people who come to see me are often going through one of these moments: a career transition, a load that is overflowing, a loss of meaning, a way of functioning that has stopped working, or simply the wish to take back the reins of a life that has started deciding on its own.
I work with private individuals, freelancers, managers and business leaders. Many of them are English speakers who have settled in the Toulouse area for work and want to do this work in their own language. For companies, the support takes the form of the Outsourced Human Hub.
The forms the work can take
Nothing is imposed, and each step is deducted from the next: you never pay twice for the same stretch of the road.
- The Assessment: 105 questions and a personalised written reading, with or without a session. The documented starting point for everything else.
- Individual coaching: eight sessions of 90 minutes over four months at least, because a change that lasts needs time between two sessions.
- The Thread: one session at the pace you choose, all year round. The regular appointment that keeps things going, when the intensity of a journey is no longer needed.
- The app: daily practice between sessions, in my voice.
- The Outsourced Human Hub: for small and medium-sized companies, an external human point of reference who is regularly present in the business.
At the practice in Colomiers, or by video call
The practice is at 30 rue d’Auch, 31770 Colomiers, on the doorstep of Toulouse: a dedicated place where you come to think without being disturbed. Sessions last 90 minutes, by appointment, and are booked by phone on +33 6 70 62 77 23 or from the contact page.
Video calls are not a fallback. Many people work better from home, and for tight schedules it is often what makes regularity possible. The two formats mix without difficulty over the course of a coaching journey.
For companies, I travel on site around Toulouse, and more widely across Occitanie depending on the assignment.
What frames the practice
- Certified professional coach, a qualification registered at level 7 of the RNCP, the French national register.
- Practice supervised regularly by three professionals, including a clinical psychologist. Supervision is anonymised: your identity is never exposed there.
- Strict confidentiality, within the limits set by law.
- More than thirty public reviews on Google, and a written, binding ethical framework: the Ethics page.
Coaching is neither care, nor a medical act, nor psychotherapy: no diagnosis is made, no result is guaranteed. When a situation belongs to health, I refer, and I work alongside a medical follow-up rather than in its place.
The questions people ask before coming
Do I need to come to Colomiers, or is a video call enough?
Both work. The practice offers a place that is neither the office nor home, which helps some people change register. Video calls remove the journey and make regularity easier. We decide together in the first conversation, and it can change along the way.
Coach, therapist, psychologist: what is the difference?
Psychologists and psychiatrists belong to care: they diagnose and they treat. My work bears on your present and on how you function, never on the clinical register. The two approaches complement each other very well, and many people pursue both at once.
How long does coaching last?
A journey runs over four months at least, eight sessions of 90 minutes. After that, some people stop there, others keep a regular appointment with The Thread. Nothing obliges you to choose before you have started.
What if I do not yet know what I am looking for?
That is the most common case, and it is not a problem: it is often the real starting point. The twenty-minute call exists for exactly that.
How it begins
With a bearing, not a commitment. The free test takes sixty seconds and gives you a first reading of your seven pillars. If you want to go further, the Written Assessment reads your 105 answers and returns your source pillar and three concrete levers. Individual coaching comes afterwards, if there is reason for it: each step has its own value and is deducted from the next.
The framework, limits and commitments of my practice are public, on the Ethics page.
